order, Memorial Gift Store will confirm your
order by e-mail within 2 business days. We make
every effort to ship your order promptly. In
the event of a back order or shipping delay,
you will be notified immediately.

The Memorial Gift Store
stands behind the quality of every product we
sell. We are not happy unless you are completely
satisfied. Please keep in mind that certain
variations are to be expected with all products.
We cannot guarantee that manufacturers will
produce exactly the same color tones in all
lots, and the manufacturing process occasionally
results in some minor differences. When you
receive your order, if it is not 100% free from
defects in the materials and workmanship, you
may return it in new condition in the original
packaging for a prompt credit, exchange, or
full refund. Before returning any items you
must receive prior authorization, so please
contact us for approval. Allowable returns for
any other reason are subject to a 20% restocking
fee. Understandably, personalized items cannot
be accepted for return. All returns or exchanges
must be made within 30 days of receipt. Shipping
charges are refundable if we made an error in
the original order.
Most orders ship within 3-5 business days. Replacements
will be sent via UPS ground. We are not responsible
for air charges necessary to get replacements
to you faster. If you are in a rush, we have
several different levels of service to get your
order when you need it. Please verify your shipping
address carefully before submitting your order.
If you make a mistake, or provide insufficient
delivery information, UPS will charge an additional
delivery fee, which will be passed on to you.
Also - please provide a street address in addition
to a PO Box number, even if you normally use
a PO Box. Most items cannot be shipped to a
PO Box. Orders outside the contiguous 48 states
and those shipping to APO/FPO addresses often
require additional shipping charges, as the
post office has additional zoning charges. The
actual costs are based on weight and delivery
addresses. Contact us for accurate costs if
you are outside the contiguous 48 states or
shipping to an APO/FPO address. If an order
has already been placed, we will contact you
by e-mail if the shipping costs will exceed
the amount calculated automatically by the shopping

via reputable carriers, including FedEx, UPS
and the USPS. Express delivery is available
for an additional fee.

to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands,
and Canada, for an additional fee.
- UPS and FedEx cannot
deliver to Post Office boxes. Please provide
us with a physical street address for these
carriers. You may specify a PO Box if you
normally receive mail at a PO Box, however
we must have a physical street address in
addition to your PO Box information, in case
we elect UPS or FedEx delivery. The determination
of carrier is our option, and is based on
competitive rate bidding between our shipping
partners. We are not responsible for delays
in delivery that are caused by not having
a physical street address.
